2018年に開発が終了しているが2020年現在でも正常に使える素晴らしいソフトだ。

・操作が簡単 ・2020年現在でも正常に使用できる
Cons
・動画のダウンロードにニコニコアカウントが必要

唯一無二のニコニコ動画のコメントのダウンローダー。ダウンローダーとしてだけでなくニコ生など別の手段で入手した動画とxmlファイルからコメント付き動画を生成する機能もあって素晴らしいソフトです!
