IPFreely is a simple application-level TCP proxy.
Unlike some other TCP proxy daemons, it refuses to
run with superuser privileges, confines itself to
a chroot() jail, doesn't use unsafe string
functions, and doesn't perform non-atomic
operations in signal handlers.
