KVBA is a VisualBoy Advance frontend for KDE. It
has a dialog for all the settings of the emulator
(by command line), and a favorites tab for the
most played ROMs. It also has a partially-working
keypad configuration option.

Code cleanup
This version removes the libdialog.la noinst library, removes
the email address for bug reports, removes the <
iostream> inclusion in main.cpp, adds to the .ui file a
mode for KURLRequsters, fixes labels following the KDE 3
style guide, and removes the Kvba global object.
