LiVES is a simple to use yet powerful video effects, editing, conversion, and playback system aimed at the digital video artist and VJ. It runs under Linux, BSD, Mac OS X/Darwin, IRIX, and openMosix. It is frame and sample accurate, can handle almost all types of video, and is fully extendable through plugins and the included plugin builder tool. It can also be controlled remotely using OSC.

Bugs com os menus de Construtor RFX, redimensionar todos os quadros, codificação com resample e acrescentar áudio foram corrigidos.

Já foram resolvidos vários problemas de compilação.

Um acidente em visualizações de áudio (aberto/acrescentar novo áudio) foi corrigido, e visualizações no fileselector agora são em geral mais sensíveis. Foram adicionados novos efeitos neural_net, motion_analyser e fourKlives. Há uma nova interface na janela Mapeador de efeito para fazer/mostrando conexões de dados.

Traduções de alemão, russo e ucraniano foram atualizadas.

Several compilation problems have been resolved.

A crash in audio previews (open/append new audio) has been fixed,
and previews in the
fileselector in general are now more responsive. The new effects neural_net,
motion_analyser,
and fourKlives have been added. There is a new interface in the effect mapper window for
making/showing data connections.

German,
Russian, and Ukranian translations have been updated.

Reprodução foi optimizada por ajustes áudio configurações. Foi corrigida uma regressão no backup. Um ponto flutuante fps bug de decodificador mkv tem sido fixado. Capturar janela externa foi reescrito e agora funciona com o Compiz. Um plugin de reprodução de openGL (experimental) foi adicionado. Foram feitas pequenas correções de GUI. Gravação de áudio externo durante a reprodução tiver sido aplicada. Clip nomes já não começ esmagados em conjuntos. Limpeza de código adicional foi realizada, e há traduções atualizadas Ukranian, finlandês e inglês UK.
Playback has been optimised by tweaking audio settings. A regression in the backup has been fixed. A floating point fps bug for mkv decoder has been fixed. External window capturing has been rewritten, and now works with Compiz. An (experimental) openGL playback plugin has been added. Minor GUI fixes have been made. Recording of external audio during playback has been implemented. Clip names no longer get squashed in sets. Further code cleanup has been carried out, and there are updated translations to Ukranian, Finnish, and UK English.
