Minor bugfixes
The code has been cleaned up. Specific dbm dependencies have been removed, so it uses whatever is in the system. dict2db.py is bundled with the package (as opposed to with the data files). Exception handling when generating a dictionary on MS Windows has been fixed. A 'pyduali' package has been created for Python instead of them being all in individual modules.
